Detached Edwardian Villa with Huge Garden & Parking

Had a great time Positive: Great location. Lovely family home. Negative: Liked it all

Great stay Positive: The quiet location and proximity to the beach, town, restaurants and transport. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Great communication with the owners throughout our stay. Would recommend. Negative: Not really a didn't like, because everything was fantastic, but the option of a welcome package with a few essentials would be a great addition.

Great couple of days away in comfort, home from home Positive: Excellent property - we were 6 adults, a toddler and a baby and suited us perfectly. Minutes walk away from Viking beach and Broadstairs town. Everything we needed was in the house and off road parking was great , especially as parking can be difficult this time of year.

Bathroom issues. Positive: Lovely house and great location. Also great to have parking at this property. Negative: The Downstairs bathroom shower was damaged and not able to be used, the bath however was fine. Upstairs bathroom shower also needs some attention. Was unable to use the shower upstairs when someone is filling the bathtub up. So guests can't all use the bathrooms at the same time because of these issues.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay in house again. Positive: Lovely house in a great location with parking. House had everything you need, well within walking distance to Broadstairs for shopping and dinner. Would stay again. Negative: The organisation of kitchen utensils including cutlery, plates etc took some getting used to but otherwise all good 👍
