Grand Georgian Townhouse by the Beach & Harbour

Nice house. Would like to return Positive: Lovely house. Good facilities. Nice location near the seafront. Negative: Noisy neighbours.

a wonderful house to spend some quality time with my lovely family. Positive: The townhouse was very spacious, the whole house was beautiful, and the large beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Only a short 10-15 min walk to the harbour and restaurants. I wish we stayed longer to make use of the projector and big screen. There was free parking outside, but difficult to get a space. We booked Just Park in Waitrose car park, which was only a 5 min walk. Negative: There wasn't much to find to dislike about this house, only a small thing, when cooking the hob and sink area could be slightly better lit.

We liked it so much we looked at similar properties in the area! Positive: Location, layout, decoration. A simply lovely house with tons of character. We all loved it Negative: Could have only been improved by a couple of minor things - earlier check in time being one. One pillow case had slight stain but the rest of the house was exceptionally clean so this very much felt like a one-off.

We had a wonderful stay. The house made our holidays truly enjoyable. Positive: Excellent location. Short walking distance to the marina and restaurants. The house was well looked after, provided all the facilities a large group or family would need. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. The bathrooms also wonderful to use. A real joy to spend time in this house. Negative: The stairs to the top floor are a little steep, a hand rail would be useful for safety.

A really nice house in a great location. Positive: The location is very good. On a nice quiet road only ten minute walk from the beach and restaurants. The property itself was really nice. A big spacious house with all the necessities. The hosts were really kind and kept in touch throughout. Negative: Parking is very tricky. On the first day we were driving around for almost 20 minutes before we found a space. Also due to the exposed floorboards throughout the property sound travels and so any small movement or noise can be heard through the house.
